Fresh and tangy, with aromatic accents of lime blossom and ground ginger, showing flavors of McIntosh apple, wet stone and lemon peel. Light-bodied and sleek, presenting an almond-tinged finish.
100% organic Pinot Grigio. This is the perfect expression of a territory particularly suited for cultivating this distinct vine. The grapes are harvested during the second half of August during the night to better preserve both freshness and acidity.
Avinyo Cava makes this refreshing white in the Penedes region of Catalunya. This is their Vi d'agulla, which means "prickly wine" in Catalan, named for its slightly effervescent character. Made from a blend 80% Petit Grain Muscat and 20% Macabeu, this low alcohol, spritzy white has delicate notes of honeysuckle, tart grapefruit, lime and a nice minerality. A great bottle to serve as a distinctive apperitif at the start of a festive gathering.
The first vintage of this dry, slightly sparkling red wine was in 1910! 85% Salamino, 15% Ancellotta. For the production of Lini’s classic Martinotti-method Lambrusco (also known as Charmat-method Lambrusco), a still Lambrusco is produced and then racked to pressurized, temperature-controlled tanks where the second fermentation is provoked.

With its crystal clear color, this wine looks like a diamond in the glass. The nose opens up with aromas of citrus blossom, Bosc pear and chamomile. The balanced bright acidity wakes up your palate with flavors of candied ginger, honeydew melon and lemongrass.

Deep red hue. Scents of cassis, blackberry and leather fill the nose. Secondary aromas of green olive, peppercorn, and earth tones lie in the background. The palate sensation begins with a nice acidity followed by a savory mid palate and a long-lasting silky tannin finish.
There’s tons of lively, juicy red fruit and Merlot’s characteristic cherry pit note backed up by plenty of peppery, woodsy, spicy Bordeaux like notes. Juicy acidity and a smooth texture make it go down easy. Feel free to give it a slight chill!
