100% Nero d’Avola. Soft pressing and destemming from 10 up to 15 days, depending on the vintage. The extraction takes place through traditional pumpings. Fermentation temperature 26°C. After malolactic fermentation, wine is aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks, then in bottle for another 4 months.

100% sustainably farmed Malbec from the subzone of La Consulta. The vines are 70 years old and sit at an altitude of 4,430 feet on alluvial soil with a rock foundation and top layers of sand. The fruit is double sorted at first, only the best bunches are kept for their wines.

A classic unspecified blend of Malvasia del Lazio, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia di Candia, Bonvino, Bellone. The fruit is hand harvested from estate-owned vineyards around the winery, and all farming is practicing but uncertified organic. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Like Zinfandel - only better! The wine is a blend of 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Alicante Bouschet coming from the emblematic Vinha do Taco and Vinha da Sobreira vineyards. These dry-farmed vineyards are known for producing beautifully concentrated, perfectly matured grapes.

100% organic Pinot Grigio. This is the perfect expression of a territory particularly suited for cultivating this distinct vine. The grapes are harvested during the second half of August during the night to better preserve both freshness and acidity.
