2021 Sables d'Azur Rosé Côtes de Provence

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Traditional vinification with de-stemmed grapes. Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation. Aromas and flavors of pink lady apples, underripe cherry, white peach and hints of pineapple with a supple, bright, dryish light body and an effortless, brisk finish imparting notes of fresh herbs, baking spice and stone with no oak flavor. A simple rose pleaser for everyday drinking. Have it with baked ham, turkey or grilled salmon. Sables d’Azur is made by Château Gassier, located a few kilometers from Aix-en-Provence, the city of a thousand fountains. The 40-hectare vineyard flourishes on an exceptional terroir, at the foot of Sainte-Victoire mountain.
